Aluminum Extrusions Inc.'s standards-compliant painting process adds a touch of uniqueness and versatility to our aluminum extrusion products. Our Ransburg Gema paint line uses polyester bake enamel that exceeds American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) 2603 specifications. This means that the paint we use meets the industry standard for performance requirements and test procedures for pigmented coatings on extrusions. Our line has a maximum capability of 21 feet and 6 inches in length.
The paint choices we offer come in a wide variety of colors and tonal values. This means that our customers have more options when it comes to color selection, unlike anodizing methods used by other aluminum extruders. The color uniformity among separately painted batches of extrusions is also impressive, giving all your orders a consistent look, even if you order them in separate batches. In addition to painting our own products, we also offer toll painting for clients who require additional painting for other extruded products.
The paint and finish of our aluminum extrusions add the final touches to our completed products. While our extrusions are known for being strong, durable, and cost-effective, they can also be pleasing to the eye. The high-quality paint also lasts for a long time, especially since it is resistant to chemicals such as strong cleansers. It is because of this excellent paint quality that the product surfaces are protected for years to come.
Our skilled staff is very familiar with the aluminum painting process. They ensure that all extrusions are painted in uniform quality, with each piece just as good as the next.
