Aluminum Extrusions Inc. prides itself in having a 1200 square foot onsite training facility that provides training for both new and current employees of the company. A facility such as this shows how much we care about the welfare of our employees, as well as their importance in our company's overall growth.

The facility offers training on the subjects of safety, health, and the aluminum industry. Among the training modules included are blood borne pathogen training, first aid training, fire and emergency training, Haz-Com training, and MSDS training. The training facility also offers orientation for new AEI employees, as well as recertification for forklift and crane operators. Because of these training modules, our employees know how to keep themselves safe from the hazards of their equipment and working environment. Also, they are aware of what to do to keep themselves safe in case of emergencies. 

Certified safety coordinators teach all the classes at the AEI training facility. This guarantees that only skilled professionals train our employees, and that they get ample training when it comes to preserving their health and safety in the AEI premises. 

A training environment like this allows our employees to foster healthy relationships that help them appreciate what it means to work with a supportive team. The training center also allows newly trained employees to easily integrate themselves in the AEI workforce.
