Aluminum Extrusions Inc. produces several high quality products a day, all of which go through our Quality Control Department's rigorous inspection process. The Quality Control Department checks all the features of each individual product, making sure that every extrusion order we send out is of the highest grade. It is up to this department to ensure that all orders meet both the standards of our customers, as well as the standards of the aluminum industry. 

Other than ensuring that AEI's finished products are in good condition, the Quality Control Department also secures the quality of the materials used, as well as the prompt processing of all orders. No matter how many customized specifications a client wants, the Quality Control Department makes sure that all available dies, both custom and standard, are kept in top condition. Shapes are checked for dimensional accuracy, contour, good surface quality, and how well they meet customer expectations. For painted products, the thickness of the paint layers, their ability to adhere to the products, and their color accuracy are tested. All customer orders undergo the thorough process of quality inspection before delivery. 

Since our Quality Control Manager is always onsite, the Quality Control Department's well-trained staff consistently monitors our products during and after the production phase. Throughout the production of your order, AEI's Quality Control Department emphasizes a strong attention to detail, as well as standard compliance of the Aluminum Association Specifications.
