The Aluminum Extrusions Inc. facility consists of six different departments that cater to different stages in the production process.
The Extrusion Department uses three (3) hydraulic presses for extruding the aluminum. Although we have a wide variety of available standard extruded shapes, we also allow customized orders that meet the unique needs of our clients.
The Maintenance Department keeps the entire facility and its machinery in perfect working order. It is through this department that all equipment and materials are kept in good condition throughout the entire production process.
The Painting Department handles all custom and standard painting orders. All paints used by this department are of the highest grade, exceeding industry standards. The paint line used by this department is Ransburg Gema electrostatic four booth vertical chrome free paint using polyester bake enamel. This equipment allows us to handle all painting jobs with optimal efficacy.
To ensure that our products come without damages or defects, our Quality Control Department gives them a thorough inspection before they are packed and delivered. AEI is known for making sure that the shapes, paint quality, and durability of the extrusions meet customer specifications, giving each product the AEI seal of quality.
The Packing Department keeps all products and orders packaged in the best way possible to ensure safe delivery. The materials used for packing vary from product to product, with the end goal being the preservation of the product's quality throughout the delivery process. After a product has been carefully packed, it is the Shipping Department's responsibility to get it dispatched. The Shipping Department handles the five tractors and fourteen trailers owned by the facility. These vehicles make sure that all orders are promptly delivered and brought to their destination without damage or defects.
